microgenius

(that means I'm a little bit smart)

I got my 4.0 in Microbiology! I'm very pleased with myself. :)

My pal ThirdDegreeNurse is right, the class seemed very useful. I learned a lot not just about diseases, but about how the body responds to microorganisms. I don't know how I managed to miss the nitty-gritty details about the immune system before - did we even talk about that in Physiology? - but I finally get it!

Comments:
i noticed the link...thanks.
also,congratulations on your 4.0!

Congrats on acing the class!

I also noticed a LOT of new links! ;) I feel a community growing, and I'm thinkin' thats pretty dang cool.

You wouldn't believe this, but i found about 25 more tonight using a new search technique. (Unfortunately, to find 25 I had to read 75 - since many are dead or painfully stupid)

Congratulations on that 4.0! I stick by that assessment that the class is useful, even though some of the oncology unit nurses said it would never be. I had a volunteer friend who was a doctor and she loved it when I'd read my Micro book during my breaks and she kept telling me how much she still used that info.

And congrats on the weight loss, too! You'll get to goal. And I'll bet if you can work just 3 days/week as a nurse you'll have time for a domestic life, too :)

Congrats on your 4.0! :) I think that's awesome... Keep up the good work!
